Review: Color of wood frame received is noticeably different from color of frame ordered as shown on website. Seller rep ([redacted]) admitted in email to me that seller cannot control the darkness of the wood ordered (mahogany). No caveat is offered to buyer of this fact in advance of purchase. Seller offered to refund purchase price. However, I would have to pay out of pocket shipping fees to return. I am not willing to lose $10 - $15 over this. I will just keep the frame, and be disappointed. I requested a partial refund from seller (20%), but they refused. Would only give refund if I returned item. Only other option was to exchange for higher priced frame - about $100 more. I declined to do that because of additional cost, and because I like the width of the frame I ordered/ received. (The more expensive frame is much wider.)Desired Settlement: I request the seller advise all potential buyers of the possibility they will receive a much darker/redder mahogany frame than what appears on the website. Slight variations are normal, based on computer monitor settings, etc.; however, in my case the frame is so reddish in color it appears to be cherry. I also pointed out to the seller the frame I selected, out of 20 different options, was the only one to not show an alternate view of the corner color of the frame when you held mouse on it.
