*** *** Plan B Services LLC, Craftresumes.com Old Capital Trail, Suite Wilmington DE RE: Customer Concern ID ***, Advertising issues Dear Revdex.com and the Complainant! The advertising issue that you raised has been on our radar since November In
January we hired a SEO company to raise the visibility of our site on the webThey claimed they put our company into the ‘new perspective affiliate network based on revenue sharing scenario’As we found out later, they have been using the machine-generated doorway pages coming up in Google against different keywords (including brand name related) that ultimately led a user to the ‘affiliate’ page (for example, ‘best resume writers’ you have specified) We have found this issue in November and closed the contract with them. Also we have contacted websites the SEO company presumably broke to put the doorway pages and asked them to remove (delete) the broken pages Additionally, we have asked them to use REMOVE URLs TOOL to block the broken pages from Google Search as described here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en Finally, we have disavowed all links coming from the ‘affiliate network’ above using Google Disavow toolsTherefore, we no longer have any business relations with the SEO company concerned nor may be held responsible for links coming up in Google Search What we have found working for us is REMOVE URLs TOOLSince we have no control over the 3rd party websites, we can only ask you to do the way we did and ask the website owners to use the tool above ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Dear Revdex.com: I reviewed the letter from Ms. [redacted] and Craft Resumes needs to take responsibility and remove all of the Google listings that mention all or part of my business name. I have contacted Google well over 35 times about removing these listings and they will not do it because they told me that I have to get a hold of the third party companies or hosting providers and ask them to remove them myself. I have also used the Google removal tool that Ms. [redacted] suggested, used the reporting feature, created copyright infringement reports over my business name, and reported malware incidents for the links that McAfee indicated were infected. None of these things worked and it is up to Craft Resumes to get a hold of the web hosting provider and/or third party company and have them remove all of the listings that contain all or part of my business name. Sincerely,[redacted]
