RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. First, there was zero damage to the apartment, and at worst there were several garbage bags worth of trash left. There were a few personal items left by other tenants but they are seriously exaggerating the extent of the mess. Maybe 2 men working 30 minutes would clear the apartment. I was in the apartment 3 days before they vacated and witnessed minimal garbage. This organization has a reputation for withholding security deposits. I am also filing a complaint with the university. Regards, [redacted]
[redacted] and his friends DID NOT leave the apartment clean. They vacated, with half of them not paying rent, and left persona items and trash ALL OVER the apartment. College students sometimes need to give a little respect to the property - not just leave without paying and...
leave the mess for us to clean, including beer and alcohol bottles everywhere. The father cannot get a hold of the other three tenants because they know what they did to the place, hence he is seeing if we can be charitable to return funds. Damages were more than $800, which is all we had on file given students breached the contract. Thank you.
