Regards, I accept the fact that the timing was off and that the representative did not no about the paymentI understand that! It just seams to me that it is a problem when you make a payment, clears on your bank account, call the billing department days later, and they have no record of itWith everything done electronically University Hospital's processing sure moves slowIt is what it is but now we have another issueI have been making monthly payments in a timely manner and now they are threatening to put me in collections if I do not pay the balance in full by my next statementThis looks like a clear cut case of retaliation because I have made a complaintIf they want to go that route and not accept my payments then we can go that routeI asked to be put on a payment plan but they do not do it unless a bill is over $I have other bills in my life besides theirs! they need to get off their high horse and you can tell that to whoever phoned you

Payments can take up to 10 business days to post to the account.The consumer will be receiving a statement shortly and would need to pay that balance in full in order to avoid the account being turned over to collections.

In a phone response the company said check #[redacted] was mailed on 11/22/17 to Felicia S[redacted]
