Review: I went to an urgent care located on [redacted] in Brooklyn, this urgent care is not located in a hospital but is associate with a hospital,University Hospital of Brooklyn. I have separate co-pays for urgent care and emergency room visits, I was billed by the urgent care for one co-pay and University Hospital of Brooklyn for an emergency room co-pay on the same date of service. They are claiming they are allowed to bill both fees, one for the doctor and one for the facility, even though neither are in the same location. I am upset because they are allowed to bill me for a facility I did not go to and I have to pay two separate bills.Desired Settlement: I would like a re-fund for my "emergency room co-pay" of $100, since I went to an urgent care, not an emergency room in a hospital.
