I have a reservation I am attempting to cancel, as per the cancellation instructions they request you call them at [redacted] When I call it sounds like someone picks up the phone and hangs up every time!

They are a scam motel. They charged extra money to my card and have refused to work with me although they have admitted that the charges were inaccurate. It was even the manager that made the mistake. Stay away from this company completely.
