Good Morning.As to the matter on hand, Mr [redacted] brought his generator on June 6 2014. At that time he was told that the wait for homeowners was anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks. Mr. [redacted] opted to leave his generator for us to fix. In our store we have sings up for our policies. Unit at question had not...

been used for a long time, fuel tank became rusty and had to be replaced, if not Mr. [redacted]'s generator will have problems because rust will go into fuel system and damage unit.  We can place Mr. [redacted] old fuel tank back on but we can not warranty the work because we know he will have problems due to rust inside tank. Replacing the new tank with the old will bring his cost down $189.95. I have attached pictures of fuel tank and copy of work order [redacted].Thank you, [redacted]
