We had a conversation with this tenant on Friday, February 16th regarding the parking issue. We again explained our parking policy to the tenant, as the parking has not changed for the last several years that he has lived hereThe conversation ended with the tenant looking into other parking options and the cost and getting that information to us, which he has not

The phone conversation did not in any way indicate that I was no longer requesting a meetingThe initial purpose of the call was to inquire as to why University Manors reported to the Revdex.com that a meeting had been scheduled when it in fact had not beenDuring the call, as noted, it was stated that I would look into potentially acceptable resolutions, but what was not stated was that I would no longer be needing the meeting that had supposedly (and falsely) been scheduledUpon receiving this communication through the Revdex.com I have emailed University Manors directly to once again request a meeting and will be awaiting their responseHowever, at this moment, this new Revdex.com response, the lack of communication and the lack of action on behalf of University Manors still leaves me unsatisfied and finding it necessary to reject this response as an acceptable resolution

No such meeting was scheduled, nor was any effort made on behalf of University Manors to contact me to set up such a meetingAfter viewing this response I contacted University Manors to inquire as
to why I was not informed of this meetingThe lone individual in the office that I had spoken to previously claimed to know nothing about this response and took no action to actually schedule a meetingConversation with another employee loosely offered up the idea of me bringing a proposed resolution to such a meeting, but once again no meeting was scheduled and no attempt was made on behalf of University Manors to schedule oneGiven that Monday, February 19th, passed without any communication - and each day since has passed just the same - I can only conclude that this statement stands as an overt fabrication and then opine that this was done to both avoid a meaningful discussion and to mislead the Revdex.com into thinking that University Manors was responsive

This tenant has a meeting with the property manager on Monday February 19th 2018 to resolve this issue.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
