We did not receive a check in the mail as of 8/31/2016.

Ms. [redacted] filed a claim with our office for a damaged item.  Claim settlements typically take up to 30 days to complete.  The settlement check was mailed to Ms. [redacted] on 8/26/16.  This issue should be resolved at this time.
