I have read the customer statement of the problem from [redacted] in reference to the refund of $ UC Physicians originally refunded $on 2-26-16, this check was cashed on 3-28-Then UC Physicians refunded $on 5-4-2016, this check was cashed on 5-31-Finally we refunded $on 8-15-2016, this check was cashed on 9-27- The refunds were spilt as we did not have any insurance information originally listed for the patientWhen we did receive insurance information we billed out the services and as they were paid we started processing refundsI see a note where we received a call from patients mother on 12-02-asking for a full refund and we explained that we do not process refunds until all claims are processed We then received a letter from the patient on 7-5-wanting an explanation on the refund, we called patient and left message on 7-5-16, no reply from the patientThen we received another letter from the patient on 7-11-regarding the balance on the account, the balance at that time was $0.00, no further followPlease let me know if you need anything else pertaining to this matter

I have read the customer statement of the problem from [redacted] in reference to the refund of $84.00.  UC Physicians originally refunded $61.30 on 2-26-16, this check was cashed on 3-28-16. Then UC Physicians refunded $84.93 on 5-4-2016, this check was cashed on 5-31-2016. Finally...

we refunded $22.70 on 8-15-2016, this check was cashed on 9-27-2016.  The refunds were spilt as we did not have any insurance information originally listed for the patient. When we did receive insurance information we billed out the services and as they were paid we started processing refunds. I see a note where we received a call from patients mother on 12-02-15 asking for a full refund and we explained that we do not process refunds until all claims are processed.  We then received a letter from the patient on  7-5-16 wanting an explanation on the refund, we called patient and left message on 7-5-16, no reply from the patient. Then we received  another letter from the patient on 7-11-2016 regarding the balance on the account, the balance at that time was $0.00, no further follow. Please let me know if you need anything else pertaining to this matter.
