Review: I purchased an iPad from them for my wife as a Christmas gift the iPad sold to me by the individual was under the assumption that it was never set up the individual told me in the store that it had been previously purchased but was never set up by the individual who purchased it and was untruthful about purchase date and condition of the item.

I tried to set up the iPad for my wife for Christmas but it was locked due to the previous customer still having it under their account name tried to rectify the situation with the bookstore and Apple the only thing that the bookstore finally was able to let me do was return the iPad but not exchange it.Desired Settlement: the Store Manager is an incredibly rude individual it would only let me return the iPad and not let me exchange it for a new one which I was under the assumption that I had purchased he said that that was not a possibility I would not credit me towards the purchase of a new iPad in exchange for the one that I had already purchased
