On December 12, 2016, I received a formal letter from the Revdex.com (dated December 7, 2016), stating that a complaint had been filed by MrNolan *** against the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) and that the matter was considered closed because the complaint had
been unanswered by UIS. Having never received any previous correspondence from the Revdex.com regarding this case, I called the Revdex.com and asked them to re-send the complaint to me for response. Upon receiving and reviewing the complaint, I determined that administrative action should be taken on behalf of Mr***. As a result, the appropriate administrative changes have been made for the semester in question. To protect the student's privacy, I will not explain the specific academic and/or financial implications of the changes in this communication.
