I am rejecting this response because:I have provided an explanation as to why I believed this performed would be at the venueI was told this by the ticketing agent, multiple timesAlso, I was told that I would not receive a refund BEFORE the concert, so I either had to attend the concert I paid $for, or I would lose my moneyI was not told by management that I could not go to the concert and receive a refundThe business, instead of choosing to have integrity and believe a customer's account, is choosing to lack integrity and reject all manner of best practices in customer serviceMy desire for the aforementioned resolution remains [redacted]
