In reference to your letter dated 07-04-regarding the above named individual, I have received his complaint We do not bill insurance in an out of network name as he has indicated His charges were billed to patient's insurance plan The charges were billed under Curators of the University of Missouri as all of our claims are for our facility charges The balance of $that the patient refers to in his letter is currently being processed by the patient's insurance since prior to May.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance

In regards to your complaint date of 03-22-referencing the above consumer and dates outlined in your letter I have sent a letter to Ms [redacted] today in response to her request.On 12-29-2016, Ms [redacted] left a message for me to return her call I did return her call the same day and received her voice mail which I left a message that I had done so.If any further information is needed, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]
