I am rejecting this response because:I have quotes from shops in maplewood that say they will do the same exact job for around The Wonderful Muffler Man and MidasMidas today also told me "a job like this usually runs 50-75.00, but there is no way it would be as high as if it only needs to be welded together with a piece of pipe"I think Keith misled me to think that no other shop in the area would do that same jobLook at the time it took, only 35-minutesOvercharged

After I ? reviewed ? the account in question , I contacted [redacted] and we spoke about the details of what had transpiredI? did advise her that the claim had been resubmitted and processed? by her insurance? which still did not come out to the cost she was quoted .The two of us after discussion agreed that the balance would be adjusted and a zero balance statement would be sent out to her
