I am rejecting this response because: there is a lot of untruth in itThe owner did not mention that he told us he didn't know what he was getting into, that HIS shop mista***ly put in HALF the amount of needed Freon, and that during the second visit it wasn't just a few more hours, but actually a full week extraSo yes, with no communication on his end we were calling wondering what was happeningThere was no vulgarity usedAnd yes, standing in his shop for a 4th time with kids and warm AC, I was very frustrated and in tearsIf he is stating he just did what I requested without even inspecting the vehicle that is a whole other issueI stayed I was told that's what it MIGHT be, asked for a quote and for him to INSPECT itNot to charge me $to not even fix the problemThis is NOT a parts warranty issueMy car has not functioned properly since leaving his shop the first timeYes I absolutely believe that is his responsibility Due to his negligence the entire AC system has to be replaced AGAINEven if stating he only should have replaced the compressor, that was done incorrectly and has now done more damageI am seeking $(the cost of the AC job incorrectly) so that I can afford to take my vehicle to a more knowledgeable shop who will back up their work and work with me, not turn me away when/if there is a problemI am now without AC in degrees and small children.

Veihcle was diaginosed by another facility and I was given a phone request for a quote for an Air Condition Compressor replacementIncluded in thew quote was an Air Compressor, A receiver drier Expansion valve and the o-rings, oil and Freon to complete the jobIt was stated by the customer
the Air Condition was still working bu they had concerns over some noisesThis is a common repair in the Auto repair industryThis quote was done sometime in January and the customer came in to schedule an appointment in Feburary which was set up for 2/21/The vehicle was dropped off and there was an issue with staffing and we were not able to complete the job on the same dayI received many phone calls from *** and her husband on how they needed their vehicle and we were taking too longThe vehicle was completed they next morning and was picked upOn 3/31/I *** stopped by our Facility and stated the Air Condition was not blowing cold airupon inspection the magnetic coil for the clutch had failedShe left the vehicle for a few hours and we replaced the clutch and coil on the compressor as it was warrantied by our supplierOn 7/11/***'s husband stopped by and asked if we could check the Air Condition systemHe stated his wife *** told him it didn't seem to be blowing as cold of air as it did in the pastWe performed a quick temp test and it was running around degree's which was on the high end of the specThe vehicle was brought in by *** on 7/11/in the A.Mwe checked pressure readings,the Air Condition clutch, we checked the high and low pressures cut out switchesWe also evacuated and recharged systemShe stated she had to wait for the vehicle and had little time due to be with her or childrenafter a quick inspection of the system the pressure reading were all within spec, The output air was degrees low pressure was at PSI and High pressure running at 265-psiStopped back at out facility late afternoon stating the Air Condition seem to be going off and onWe scheduled it for 7/13/18, and asked if she could drop it off so we could have some time to look at it when it was in peak tempeture, she stated she would have to wait for itShe did drop it off in the A.Mhours and we ran several test to super heat the system with an outside temputure of over degreesAt rpm and the hood closed in the sun the High pressure side of the Air condition was over psiThe system was dropping out on the high pressure cut out switchWe used a pyrometer to check temps on the condenserthere was inconsistant temapatures across the condenser the surfaceI made a phone call and explained the situation that the condensor needed to be replaced and the customer started imeddditly stating I should have replaced the condensor when we did the CompressorI stated it WAS NOT included in the bid and it was not to replace the Condenser and or the evaporators which their vehicle has two on a compressor replacement serviceI did offer to replace the condenser at a discounted price along with just the labor required to do soI did not include any addtional charges for evacuating and charging the system and the required oilIt was obivoius that this was not going to happen as I was verbally insulted, cussed at with vulgar verbage worse than what's heard on a navy shipI tried to get the customer to realize if we had included it in or original quote it was going to be the same price as any other shopThe customer stated he would see me in court and I stated I would have his vehicle ready to be picked up in about minutesAll of our work is covered under a nation wide warranty for months and or 12,milesI could not possibly warranty a part I did not charge for or replaceUpon picking up the vehicle their were additional comments made by the customer along with statments to other customers in our facility that we didn't know what we were doing and they should never allow us to work on their carsThey are welcome to call the warranty center under our CERTIFIED AUTO REPAIR @ * *** ***? for any questions requarding any of the work we performed
