I have written a letter to BCC financial stating I knew nothing of this account and this item was put on my file without them informing me
BCC put on my files an amount of a bill I have know knowledge of didnt inform me of the bill before putting it on my credit also they are athird party entity that I have no contract with which is an Unlawful act under the Fcra the acct numberXXXXXX the amount is that was a charge off its original creditor was Maryview hospital it is Unlawful and this is derogatory information on my credit report
I've contacted BBC regarding this accounted being on my credit report due to know prior communication with the hospital,BBC until it was sent to c/o

This company has never contacted meI found their information on my credit report after my credit monitoring company informed me of a point drop in my score due to a collection accountI have never heard of this companyThey can't just add a negative account to your credit file without speaking to the consumer about what it might beI have no outstanding unpaid accounts and this is incorrectThey should not be able to effect someone's credit file without doing their own due diligence
