I am rejecting this response because: We have not been able to speak with Chris about the matter. He left my wife a message and she returned his call but we have not heard back from him. Also a 20% discount is not adequate since as previous explained there was no way for us to know that it was going to be billed "out-of-network." When I made the appointment I had verified that the doctor was in network. No one ever told me that the labs were a separate cost and that they were not $as stated in the email I received from the doctor's office requesting the tests to be done before I went to my appointment. There was no reason "a reasonable person" would have known or should have know that I would be billed more then the $that e-mail stated it would be, nor that it would not be billed through the doctor who I had verified was "in-network". If the tests had been billed as an "in-network" doctor there would have been a contractual adjustment made between the hospital and our insurance company and our insurance company would have covered that by 80%. That is a huge difference between that and 20% off a $bill that I received for only the lab work. That is not the only issue we are dealing with in regards to this visit. Our insurance has received other bills in relation to this doctors visit, of which we have not received official bills from the University of Utah yet so we have not been able to address these other issues with them yet. All bills show a contractual adjust to them even though some of them still show as "out-of-network". The insurance was billed two times for the same office visit of which they billed one as "in-network" again for the doctor I verified was "in-network" and another bill for a test that was done the same day in that doctors office but was billed as "out-of-network." Again there is no way a reasonable person should have or could have known such billing practices would take place
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: you are not stating why I cannot be seen and what medical information was used in the decision making process. Also why does my medical record have someone else's information in it?
Sincerely,
