I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached all of the documents Proving it would have been physically impossible for me to attend the class they are refusing to refund. Whether they sent me bills or not, I should have been automatically dropped as [redacted] suggested. Not to mention, I recall no such bills being sent anyway. If the full refund of classes, withdrawal fees, and Fees for garnishments are not reimbursed, I will take legal action.
