ID # [redacted] AAA Disposal Service Ms [redacted] came to our company through a purchase of another company on 3/1/She has had no previous issues with the trash removal until that one day, the beginning of November, in which her trash was not picked upWe bill on a monthly rate, not a weekly rate, so that following week we picked up two weeks’ worth of trash, so therefore there should be a credit, we still took the same amount of trash from her residentsThe month had already started, we do not cancel service mid-monthWe are not squeezing “every dime” that we can out of people, if we mess up, it is only right for them to give us the chance to correct the problem, which we did the following weekMs [redacted] then at that time, after we picked up her two weeks’ worth of trash, requested to cancel the serviceShe states that we have been nothing but a headache, one day of missed pick up in months, that is considered “nothing but a headache”? I don’t feel that she is being very fair on her accusations Thank you for your time reviewing this matter

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], after 9 weeks of phone calls and complaints the company finally did what they were supposed to do.  However, the cans were NOT picked up on 4/16 as stated.  They were picked up on the 20th.  They were rude, lied, and very unprofessional.  WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. We paid for the month of November so we could be done with AAA. I don't think they have good customer service and I will never use their service again. This is not about the missed pickup, it's that they did nothing at all about it. They did not prorate me for the missed service that I had paid for. In my opinion, they did not handle this well, but it's over now. We switched service and we're fine. I just hope they don't treat all their customers with such disrespect.
