Review: I was billed for the co-payment for an office visit on May 30, 2014. I mailed the payment for this bill promptly on June 23, 2014 but continued to receive a bill every month. On Oct. 10, 2014 I spoke to Liz in the billing department and told her that a copy of the check, which she requested, was sent on September 12, 2014. Liz checked and confirmed that the copy of the check was received but could not find in their records where they posted it. I had furnished them proof of payment and it is their problem that it was not posted to my account. Liz told me a may receive another bill or two but to disregard them. But I have continued to receive a bill every month since and today I received a 3rd bill in the last week!Desired Settlement: That I receive no more bills from them
