Review: Proper care was not taken with my possessions. Drop cloths were not used and when I mentioned this, the ones they used were dirty and left a covering of dust and paint chips all over my house -- eve n in places not painted. Paint was tracked from place to place. It was cleaned up when I mentioned it. Also the person in charge was caught dumping paint and water at the curb and trash from drop cloths on my street. He cleaned it up , but what kind of practice or work habits are these? I am a senior citizen and have had to enlist help in getting my house cleaned up and back together. I called a [redacted] to complain while the job was being done, left a message , but was never contacted. The bathroom had to be repainted because the wrong color was used.Desired Settlement: I just want to let people know what to expect from this company. Also I would like a billing adjustment so that I can give a monetary gift to those who helped me clean up the big mess which the painters made by not using clean drop cloths. An apology would be nice.
