Review: 1. 3 and 1/2 years ago University Park Cleaners lost my laundry which included expensive suits.
2. They insisted that I had already picked up the laundry and the fault was mine.
3. On 10.1.14, the owner calls me and says that they had the wrong phone number for me all this time and I should pick up my laundry now (3 and 1/2 years later).
4. When I go to pick up my laundry they demand I pay $68 for the dry cleaning.
5. This is ridiculous. The suits don't even fit any more.
6. They should pay for the cost of new suits as well as not charge me for the laundry service.Desired Settlement: $2,000 check for replacing the lost suits.
