The desired outcome is doing what's right , getting a full refund for the poor quality job that DR *** has done on my tooth I have sent pictures that has proven this .The crown next to the teeth in question , it shows that my previous dentist did a great job , & the other picture shows a very tiny post ; that post was the reason my tooth would not hold in place, and kept falling out

Although he was advised several times that the best treatment would be to extract and replace the tooth, he claimed that he would like to do onything possible to sove whot is left of the tooth. He was told that if o Crown is placed on the tooth, there is a strong possibility that it will not hold since there is very little of the tooth remaining. He said he understands and that he would stillrother try to Sove the tooth. Additionally, he asked for the most high end type of crown to be mode. His insurance did not cover thot type of crown, ond downgraded the treatment to a different type of crown. Therefore, the potient woS responsible to pay the difference for the high end crown he selected. As he had been advised, his crown did not lost long, and now he is asking for a refund.
