The Sleepy Ridge community does not allow overnight street parking or guest parking without a parking permit between the hours of 12:15am-6am This is posted on the parking enforcement signs I also have a note in our system stating that the police were called due to disorderly, threatening behavior After my employee allowed you to retrieve your asthma inhaler out of your vehicle, you and your friend opened the gate all the way up and threatened to drive out without paying the fine I would be happy to answer any other specific questions about the parking rules at this property I have spoken to the UPE employee that released your vehicle and he verified that this same information was given to you during your interaction with himPlease understand that UPE only enforces the property parking rules dictated by the HOA UPE does not make the rules for private property owners
