University Pawn shop

Review: I recently used the services of a pawn broker. At that time I pawned a 14k gold bracelet for 40 dollars cash with the established terms of retrieval once loan was paid in full. Loan was paid in full within a week of initial agreement. The establishment gave me countless reasons as to why my merchandise could not be given back at that time. At this point the business has been closed and they no longer return or answer my numerous calls requesting my merchandise back. I have no knowledge of the other shop in which they also own. They have mentioned to me on other occasions that the safe in which my merchandise was kept was at their other location. I have used this pawn shop for several years until this unfortunate situation occurred.Desired Settlement: Return of merchandise
