to clarify that we did accept a $200 deposit and after he cancelled due to a layout or floorplan change we did a Financial Move-Out statement on the 30th of August which was sent to our Corporate office located in San Diego.  They in turn sent a check for $200 to the property because we did not have an updated forwarding address for him.  The postman told me that he cannot deliver the mail because it was not a current resident and I could not accept it on someone else’s behalf. So he “Returned To Sender” which was our corporate office. I have reached out to [redacted] today after receiving this letter in the mail and told him that it would take no more than a week for him to get his returned deposit of $200.  Thank you for your time and have a great day.   Thank you,            [redacted] Business Team Leader
