Dear Revdex.com,   As mentioned in our previous reply, the customer requested discontinuation of the billing agreement on Aug 7th, 2017. The payment of $60 charged thereafter in error has been refunded via PayPal in accordance with the customer's same-day request.   The customer signed up for a subscription with our service where it clearly states multiple times that $60 are charged every 6 month. The customer cancelled his ongoing subscription within the second billing cycle asking for his subscription to be discontinued. We have not received a refund request from this customer before February 2018, asking for a refund of the billing made in August 2017 (6 months earlier).   In addition to that, the disputed amount stated at the end of the Revdex.com letter is $180. While we agree with the customer's request of refunding $60, and have already done so, no complaints or refund requests were received in the amount of $180. We welcome the customer to contact us directly again on this matter if so required.    Kind regards,   [redacted] ScholarshipOwl

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I agreed to 6 months at $60.00 Feb 2017 to Aug 2017, I canceled on August 7th 2017. Feb to August is six months. Why did I pay  a total of $120 for a six month term that should have been only $60? Scholarship Owl pre-billed $60 in August 2017 and continued my account until February 2018 in spite of me canceling Aug 7th 2017 and then... BILLED ME AGAIN! For a total of $180. They then refunded $60 when I complained.... the $60 they pre-billed me for the Feb 2018 to Aug 2018 term. This is such a scam! They still owe me $60 bucks. I agreed to 6 months at $60 not 18 months at $180, not 12 months at $120.
Regards,
[redacted]
