Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] This business idea of telling the truth is ridiculousI know what time they showed up because my daughter was waiting and texting me and I know when they said they would be back the first time because my wife was told it would be a priority to fix on that Monday afternoon and she took time off work to be home As , far as the exorbitant charges above and beyond what it should of cost they can spin it any way they want they were just sticking it to me because no one else was available to fix it$an hour is not a reasonable rate to get a [redacted] fixed let alone a refrigeratorAnd it's very misleading that using the verbage of " [redacted] Tech" and " [redacted] Service provider because you have [redacted] art work plastered all over your vans

The $Mr [redacted] refers to is the amount [redacted] techs get paid for their labor only We are not [redacted] techs but independent servicers who charge by the job not the hour The $Mr [redacted] paid was not all labor $was for the diagnostic housecall on the 9th Of the remaining $375, $was for labor and $was for parts not covered by **, such as the PTC thermistor, capacitor, access valves, copper tubing, the recovery unit, freon, acetylene These miscellaneous parts are supplied to [redacted] Techs but we need to recover these costs on our own The labor portion covers the tech's fee, rent, electricity, phone, internet, advertising, EPA liscensing, the van and its upkeep Mr [redacted] was given an estimate before the job was even started and he agreed to the termsAlso, there was no appointment set for the 13th On the 9th Mr [redacted] was informed that it would take days to get the parts (Friday, Monday, Tuesday ) and would be called when the parts arrived When he called on the 14th to ask the status because he hadn't been called I reminded him that the parts hadn't arrived and tracked them while he was on the phone with me and set the appointment for the 15th, between 9:and 10: The tech arrived at his house at 9:so I don't see how that makes late

I am sorry that Mr *** feels that he is being hosedWe explained our cost of doing business
We spoke at length before the repair was even scheduledWe are not ** employees Our overhead is not covered by **He was given an amount and he agreed to it

Also, there was no appointment set for the 13th.  On the 9th Mr [redacted] was informed that it would take 3 days to get the parts (Friday, Monday, Tuesday ) and would be called when the parts arrived.  When he called on the 14th to ask the status because he hadn't been called I reminded him that the parts hadn't arrived and tracked them while he was on the phone with me and set the appointment for the 15th, between 9:30 and 10:00.  The tech arrived at his house at 9:45 so I don't see how that makes late.
