In regards to the receipt, I did go back to the Barber Shop and asked for the receipt which, a young man, refused to give to mehe said "We don't give receipts bro and you don't have come back here anymore"

Review: On thursday july 3rd I went to University Square barber Shop to get a hair cut. It was close to 5pm and as soon as I step foot in that place, I got nasty looks from all barbers when they looked at me and looked at the clock, saying without words "?we are about to close" I even asked the woman (barber) if it was ok to take me. After waiting 15 minutes, I was called to get my hair done with this older man - owner -. I explained to him precisely how I wanted my hair to get done and after his first attempt, I asked him to fix the top since since it was not as short as I had requested. With a long face and clearly annoyed by my request, he started to cut some of the hair. In the mean time, somebody else walked into the barber shop and he said he would take this other customer as well after he was done with me. He finished cutting the hair from the top and immediately removed my apron and said he was done. He did not provided me with a mirror to check my hair and when I told him that there were some minor fixes to do he told me "this is a good hair cut, there is nothing else I can do for you" at the same time he was telling me that, he invited the other customer to come and have a seat on his chair. I told him, "this is not the way I wanted it to be and there is only a few fixes to do" he refused to do it. The haircut was $10 which I paid with a $20 bill and he gave me only $9 back, so I also had to ask him for the extra $1 he was trying to take from me. I was very upset and told him that this was not a good haircut which he didn't care at all. I had to go to another barbershop and get them to fix it. (i do have a receipt for that) Today, july 8th I went back to this barbershop and asked them for my $10 receipt which I didn't get from last thursday. All 3 of them were there again and this younger man, said "We don't give receipts" then I said "all cash business and you guys don't give receipts?" he said "that's how it is bro" II HAVE THIS LAST CONVERSATION ON CAMERA. In conclusion, I don't think they report earning properly to the IRS and if they can't provide me with a receipt, I would like my $10 back.Desired Settlement: In conclusion, I don't think they report earnings properly to the IRS since this is all cash business and if they can't provide me with a receipt, I would like my $10 back.
