Here is our response to the complaint associated with reference ID ***.1) The apartment at *** *** *** was in fact cleaned after the last tenant moved out and before the current tenant moved in on The current tenant was not satisfied with the level of cleanliness and let
our maintenance person know directly hesitation we requested that the cleaners come back out and re clean areas that the c tenant requested.2) The first documented maintenance request that we received from the current tenant on July 24, Here is a copy of the transcript:"Her dishwasher is leaking and pooling onto the floorThis is creating a flood potential situation tech was out there today for the garbage disposal which still does not workPlease come out • both of theseShe has a plumber coming this Wednesday alreadyShe does not know where water is coming fromThe address *** *** in the Villa Arcos."These problems with the dishwasher and garbage disposal were never brought to our attention by the prior tenantWe began the repair as soon as we got word from the current tenantThe ct tenant evidently directly contacted our maintenance person who began work on the repair immediately as evidenced by the statement that says: "The tech was out there today..." (The s day that we received the maintenance request)This repair has since been successfully completed and closed out. 3) The second documented maintenance request that we received from the current was on July 26, Here is a copy of the transcript:"After her dishwasher was turned on she noticed a water leak on the floorShe is assuming something to do with the dishwasher but isn't sureThe address is *** *** in the V Arcos"The above water leak tured out to be unrelated to the dishwasher/disposal issueThe leal the result of a clogged AC drain lineThis problem with AC clog was never brought to our a by the prior tenantThe clog happened days after the current tenant moved in and had bee in the unitWe began the repair as soon as we got word from the current tenantThis repair since been successfully completed and closed out.All of the issues that the current tenant brought up were addressed in a reasonable a timely manner.Property ManagerVilla Arcos Apartments*** *** ** ***
