University Travelodge

I called in to reserve a hotel room for my son & I, at the Travelodge in the University District, near Seattle Children's Hospital, & the day of the reservation they said it was for yesterday not today I recalled having a specific conversation over the phone about the exact day & dateThen I asked if I could still just use that lost reservation for the day I originally asked for, even though they messed it up They weren't sure they could even do that & the only room they could give me was up a flight of stairs My son weigh's lb's & is in a wheelchair, so that wasn't going to work out They didn't seem to care about the inconvenience or what they were doing to us or their mistake
I asked to speak with the manager but she refused to talk to me
They never sent an email confirmation for me to even verify dates so I ended up being wrongfully charged $& with out a receipt
