We have been in contact with this client and have resolved this issue. We are not charging this client for the visit in question.

We have had as many as 7 animals in our household at a time and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. Our one dog, Shadow, has IMHA, and was given a blood transfusion which saved his life. He couldn't have had better and more loving care. To this day, he lovs going to see "his friends" at University Vets.

Review: I had an appointment with [redacted] on Saturday night because I was concerned about my dog's ears. [redacted] came into the exam and stated that she needed to take my dog in the back to check his heart and lungs and take a sample. My dog was gone for quite some time and then I heard him whining and barking in the back room. I opened the exam room door and saw him tied to a table by himself. A tech walked by and I asked if he could come back in the room but she said she would keep company as he was tied to the table. Then [redacted] came and said he could come back in the room. The tech opened the door just enough for my dog to come through. I did not feel comfortable with the type of service I was receiving and talked to the receptionist about leaving. The office manage explained that this process is routine. However, I have had service at University Hospital and this service was not right. She suggested that I go back in the room and [redacted] would help us. I went back in the room and waited for 10 minutes but the vet did not come. I left. Then I received a phone message from the office manager stating that I owe for the cystology bill. My dog never received the service and I never knew the results. My dog received very poor service from University Animal Hospital. [redacted] displayed poor customer service and very poor vet services. My dog did not get the needs met. Now they expect me to pay for horrible service!Desired Settlement: University Animal Hospital should not be charging me for horrible services. My dog's needs were not met. This was a total waste of time. The hospital was not busy so I do not know why my dog was tied to the table. The tech and doctor should have explained to me why they left my dog tied to the table. They need to explain why they did not take a sample of my dog's ears. They also need to explain that if they did take a sample of my dog's ear and they obviously knew I left, why they ran the sample. I really don't think they ran the sample but just want me to pay for nothing. Poor service! Poor business!
