My father gave me $gift cards for Christmas 2015, one for each person in my family They were purchased on 11/27/but not given until Christmas, 12/25/ We activated the cards, but none of them worked from day I called their company and they inform me there is a $monthly maintenance fee which was explained on the back of the card (Yeah right...they're sold in the gift card section of the store, why would I think that? Plus, that agreement is in such small writing, no one can read it without a magnifying glass!) So by the time I am able to get ahold of them, several months have passed and they tell me there is NO money on them because it has been eaten away by the monthly maintenance fee Conveniently, they cannot reverse the charges nor is there anyone available that can help with that process NOR can they give out a number that you can call to resolve a complaint So, basically, $rip off! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
Growing up with Univision in the 80's, 90's etc it was the best informative news channel in my home everydayI personally and a lot of friends feel that its getting worst every day because there is no more diversity in the type of shows, interviews, culture, soaps, commercials and news Everything is about MexicoYou are forgetting there are a lot of more countries than Mexico and I don't expect you to cover all of them but at least an equal percentage of some of themSometimes I feel that the name should be change from Univision to MexivisionAfter so many years you are forgetting the reason behind the name "Univision" which is "Vision Unida" , I just don't see that any more and many other peopleThis is not a racist thing but and equality thingI want to be inform of other countries, cultures, problems, singers, actors, and highlights of their countriesI hope you understand how important it is to have a T.V programer for everyoneThank you
My father gave me 6 $25.00 gift cards for Christmas 2015, one for each person in my family. They were purchased on 11/27/15 but not given until Christmas, 12/25/15. We activated the cards, but none of them worked from day 1. I called their company and they inform me there is a $5.95 monthly maintenance fee which was explained on the back of the card. (Yeah right...they're sold in the gift card section of the store, why would I think that? Plus, that agreement is in such small writing, no one can read it without a magnifying glass!). So by the time I am able to get ahold of them, several months have passed and they tell me there is NO money on them because it has been eaten away by the monthly maintenance fee. Conveniently, they cannot reverse the charges nor is there anyone available that can help with that process NOR can they give out a number that you can call to resolve a complaint. So, basically, $150.00 rip off! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
