I have never had any problems getting my payments from the site and usually receive payment within a couple daysIn months I have made over $1,There is a occasional issue with surveys not redirecting back to the site so you don't get credit for doing the survey, but that is pretty rareThe customer service also is not very good, but has improved recentlyOverall it's a good site

I spoke with you last week about a recent complaint our company received. Since that call, I received a new complaint in the mail, and I'm writing now to respond to that complaint, ID#[redacted], Customer [redacted], email[redacted]
Our response: The customer received a $25 [redacted] gift card on 5/1/14 and according to our [redacted] account, it has been redeemed by the customer. I assume this is the gift card she was referring to in her complaint; in which case, she has finally received it.
 
Please let me know if I can provide any other info. I will be responding to two other complaints as I get more information.

Review: Univox is a paid survey website. You redeem points, and you are sent an [redacted] code within two weeks. I redeemed mine: 2/5/2014 6:16:58 AM. Review: I have been doing surveys on UNIVOX for almost a year now. Once you reach 2500 points, you can redeem your points for a [redacted] gift code for 25 dollars. I redeem my points over a month ago!!!! I have been emailing UNIVOX for several now, UNIVOX has only replied to 1 of my many emails about my [redacted] gift code!! I earned it doing many, many surveys!!! I want what I earned from the company!! Its NOT right to get treated in such a manner!!! This company appears to be a SCAM!!!! Its definitely NOT a legit company!!! I no longer do surveys for UNIVOX, and as of yet I have not gotten my 25 dollar [redacted] gift code!!! I'm very upset, please look into this company for me. Thank you. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to get my 25 dollar [redacted] gift code emailed to me. It takes 2 weeks to receive it and its been a month!!!!! Review: I requested my $25 reward on 7/2/14. In their FAQ section, it says if you have not received your reward after 2 weeks to contact them. It's been almost 4 weeks now. I've emailed them twice and have received no response from them whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I believe that I should receive the $25 [redacted] gift card that I earned for completing their surveys.

Review: I've been a member of the Univox Community who does online market research. I complete surveys and product reviews in exchange for points. Upon acquiring 2500 points I am able to redeem those points for various rewards. I selected a $25. amazon.com e-certificate. On their website it states that it may take up to 2 weeks to receive the certificate. I have emailed and called their toll free number multiple times and I have yet to receive a reply to my inquiry as to where my certificate is. I've been waiting for my certificate since 9/24/2014. They are unresponsive to their members and I from what I gather on the chat portion of their website, I'm not the only one complaining about their lack of response. They're making millions of dollars and they don't take the time to keep their members happy. I'd like my e-certificate. I belong to multiple market research websites for which I do surveys and test products, then provide my feedback. I don't have a problem with any of them and I should not have had to go through with this complaint if would have just responded to my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $25 e-certificate for [redacted].com to my email address.

Review: I have earned 2500 points doing numerous surveys for this company over the past months. These points are redeemable for a $25 [redacted] Gift Code. I redeemed my points 2 months ago, and have yet to receive my incentive. Their policy states that [redacted] Codes will be given within two weeks of redemption of earned points. I've made numerous attempts to contact the company. After my initial inquiry, which was about one month after I had redeemed the points, I was asked to give as much information about myself as possible, to which I speedily complied. Each week since then, I've contacted Univox, and their response is consistently 'you'll receive your reward soon.' This week I asked them to give me an exact date that I could expect to receive the gift code, and thus far, I've received no reply. I don't appreciate the tactics of stalling payment as they build their new website up. Also, their most recent address that I can locate is as follows: Univox Community [redacted] McLean, VA [redacted] United States ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: To receive my $25 [redacted] Gift Code within 48 hours.
