Brought a car from this business back in 2016, Finished paying for it in Dec of The car has not been running since about March The dealer will not release my title because of some type of device is on the carI spoke to the dealer in Dec to ask about the title,(the car was not road worthy then.) He said that I would have to pay or bring the carCalled back in Feb because I wanted to sell the car because we were having issues with itCalled the dealer and he said I would have to pay to get my title without returning the deviceWell today I have call because im sick of paying insurance and I don't want to have to register the carSo I need my title to junk it, well the price is now
PLEASE HELP!!!

Wouldn’t even give this place a one starBut the website only allows at least a one starI went there and I bought a car I had to pay $ As soon as I got in the car at the bank yet it was driving it a few hours later I learned that the passenger side door lock did not work, no big dealThen two weeks later I realized that the AC did not work on the car I went to their little garage and was told I need a whole new compressor it would be about $to $I was like I just bought the car so I am not about to pay that to get it fixedThen three weeks later I noticed that the car was burning oilI had to put quart of oil in the car every two weeks Then maybe a day or so ago the power steering pump went out, so I decided to go and talk to the owner to see if maybe I could trade the car for a different car because this car has so many issuesHe was very rude and disrespectful and tell me it was not his problem it was my problem that these issues were maintenance on a carI told him this is not maintenance on a car that I have only had for about two monthsAfter telling me that he could not do anything that I would have to pay for all the repairs because it is my car now and I am making the payments on the car and driving the car, I told him I did not feel comfortable investing any more money into the vehicleHe then told me with a very nasty attitude to give him the keys and get the F outHe told me to not come back and mail my paymentSo now I have wasted about $on this lemonDO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE

First of all, I am not from Greensboro. Second, when I called this dealership several time with the phone number he knows, he did not pick up the call after he received my bill for the repairs occurred in his email. I had to call him from another phone. And his colleague picked up the call, I was told the person I was looking for was not there. Suddenly he jumped in the conversation and telling me that "we did our job, now you do your job" and hanged up the phone. There was no prior discussion about the car can be fixed by their shop. The guy acted like he is in Palestine in his country, very rude, no customer service, did not want to listen what I had to say after cashing my money.
"wanna be" a dealer you have to respect customer. Was there a customer service? I do not think so. He runs business like tyrant. The sale receipt has nothing listed beside the sale amount. That was my fault for not requesting everything in writing.
