I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint

The vehicle in question came to us from another repair facility in non-operating condition. The radio was stolen while on our premises - however, it is clearly posted that we are not responsible for damage or theft while in our possession. The cart was also
enclosed in a posted - locked - fenced yard in very close proximity to an entry of the shop. We agreed with the owners as a matter of good faith to release the cart with a reimbursement of $to them. $toward the purchase of replacement radio and $for the labor costsNo further arrangements were ever discussed or agreed to either verbally or in writing - nor was a work order ever submitted for authorization to Unkl Al's after leaving our shop. We can not be held responsible for any repairs authorized by the owners and any other facility that may be affected with repairs to the cart. Any battery issues would between the purchasers and the sellers as a warranty issue as the batteries were not purchased from Unkl Al's. Upon release of the cart Unkl Al's did not charge the owners for any hours spent on diagnoses or labor performed or any part that had to be returned while in our facility. That there may not be visible evidence of labor performed does not mean that nothing was done in the time the cart was here. We assume that as you have asked for a reply within days you will afford us the same professional courtesy. As the owners have tried to intimidate us with threats of reports to the Chamber of Commerce, obviously the B.B.Band possible court action - we will not be contacting them in any manner. We consider this response to be the close of the matter
