Unknown Bike Company and Vivos Bike Cois by far one of the most incompetent bike companies I have ever dealt with please do yourself a favor and don't purchase any of their bikesFirst of all they send me an incomplete bike missing a handle bar and wrong break handles which I payed for a COMPLETE bikeAfter waiting for over a month to receive an incomplete bikeSeriously a world known brand that has sponsors have some of the worse customer service and inconsistentOn top of that they gave the wrong bike frame!
