heartworm tested, and we provide flea/heartworm prevention while they are in our careIf adopters can afford the full $347, that is greatIf not, we ask for a reasonable donation toward that amount and they can also sign for our monthly donor program, which deducts an amount that they choose from their credit/debit card each monthAnimals can cost owners thousands of dollars a year and Unleashed requires adopters to take their new pet to the vet to purchase heartworm medication within days of adoption and to keep their new pets up to date on shotsIf Ms*** could only afford $as an adoption donation, how could she afford dog food, vet visits, and any other care *** would need?
