we have attached the invoice that the customer paid via [redacted] , prior to paying the invoice the Terms and Conditions are presented and it states that "Buyer- By Completing Payment you agree to UnleashedWheels Term and ConditionsThank you" The terms and conditions state that there are no returns on any special ordersThis customer purchased wheels that needed to be Custom Drilled to Fit BMW and also paintedThe paint was gun metal as stated on the invoice and pictures the customer sent to us is proof that the wheels he received are Gun Metal because we painted them gun metalWe do not normally recommend 18's for BMW Mbecause the more popular sizes for those cars are 19's, they have a larger wheel well and for looks the 19's give it a nicer more agressive lookUnfortunatley it has been over a year and several months and we cannot go back on the recording but I find it hard to believe that we insisted in the customer doing 18's if he has an EMAs for 18's fitting on that car, some 18's do fit but it all depends on the manufacturer of the wheels, some manufacturers make them with a thicker barrel and in those cases those will hit the caliper unless they shave a mm from the center of the barrelWe are willing to work with this customer but we cannot offer a refund on a custom order that was purchased over a year ago, it states that on our terms and conditions, we normally only give customers a day window for returns and exchanges but they cannot be customWe offered a customer a significant discount if he chose a different set as part of the solution but we have not heard back

we explained to customer that the specs of the wheels are exactly what is recommended for his vehicle, he then stated that his vehicle had a big brake kit from factory and that is when we explained that when a car has a big brake kit wheels with a Lip Design as the ones he is attempting to purchase take away from the clearance of the calipers and it would be required for him to use spacers to clearWe advised the customer that he would need at least a 10mm to a 15mm spacer to clear the calipers but customer stated that after doing his own research he found that someone had the exact same wheels in his car and only needed a 6mm spacerWe explained to the customer that we cannot promise that it is the same wheel and we do not want to guarantee that a 6mm would clearCustomer then proceeded with his purchaseI have attached an audio recording of the conversation with the customer

We do not normally recommend 18's for BMW M3 because the more popular sizes for those cars are 19's, they have a larger wheel well and for looks the 19's give it a nicer more agressive look. Unfortunatley it has been over a year and several months and we cannot go back on the recording but I find it hard to believe that we insisted in the customer doing 18's if he has an E92 M3. After researching this transaction there was no customer interaction until after the customer purchased the wheels and they were in transit. The customer asked if the wheels will fit his vehicle and based on the Make, Model and the specifications required for that model the wheels would fit...

perfectly fine, but what the customer failed to mention is that his vehicle is a GT with Performance Package that include Brembo calipers. I have attached message from another customer just a few days ago asking us what wheels will fit his vehicle, he also has the same exact car but he mentioned that his car is a GT with Performance packagethat include  Brembo calipers so we guided him the right direction and suggested wheels that not only will meet the specifications of his car but will also have clearance for his calipers. We have many customers, and although we are in the wheel industry not to many vehicles come with performance brakes so we need customers to let us know when they have that option on there car and also if they retro fit aftermarket brake calipers. We will be refunding this customer $30 as a form of customer service but in the future we do expect customers to make us aware if they have any modifications to the car that may affect fitment of  certain wheels.

I am sorry we could not come to a proper solution sir, unfortunately with many variations of different models customers need to make us aware of upgraded calipers in there vehicle and there was no prior communication prior to checkout for us to investigate this for the customer.
