Hello Revdex.com, I'm responding to the complaint you guys received from Eleven International Manufacture of Clazzio seat covers.
Now what happened was that they made a mistake of sending a package to my store. UPS delivered the package here at my...

business at [redacted] CA XXXXX I was not present and had left my friend watching the store. My son who is a minor signed for the package. After a couple of weeks I received a call, my friend answered, they explained what had happened and asked if we had received the package, his response playing around was yes are you guys going to pay me $100 for storing your package. They didn't like his response and threaten to call the cops and to sue me. I feel like thats not a good way to have taken things specially that they're the ones at fault for their mistake. Later on that same day they called back and spoke with me,they asked if I had the package I was angered because my friend told me we had been threatened to get sued and to call the cops. So I told them I had given the package away, I didn't tell them I had sold it or installed it, I simply said I had given it away. I don't like being accused of false accusations, and I don't think I've done anything wrong to get sued or get the cops called on me. They asked why had I not returned the package if I had not ordered the product. I honestly knew I had not ordered what had been delivered but didn't think much of it because I get delivered a lot of different things here as offers and samples to see if I would like to sale that product at my location. The package had my businesses name and address so didn't think of it as a mistake because everything was correct. If it would of had a different address and name I would've known UPS had made a delivery mistake. The business they initially ment to send the package to is close to mine. I know the guys there. One of the guys called our store asking for the package right after Eleven International's first call and my friend told him the same thing about the $100. After I spoke with Eleven International the second time, we called the business they first intended to send the package to back and spoke with the owner and told him that his package was here that he didn't have to pay anything and that he can pick it up. He said no that it was Eleven International's fault so that he was going to let them solve the problem.
The package is still here if Eleven International wants to send UPS to pick it up and pay for their own fees. Because I dont think I have to go out of my way and loose money and time for a mistake clearly Eleven International made.

To whom it may concern,
[redacted] statement is incorrect. He stated that he spoke to the " owner " of Eleven International, the owner of Clazzio Eleven International is in Japan. We received zero contact from Unlimited 2 Auto Sound and Window Tinting . Due to lack of communication we contacted Revdex.com & our lawyer to resolve this issue. Unlimited 2 Auto Sound and Window Tinting has made zero attempts to solve this issue. We have been in contact with our lawyer since day 1 , Lawyer requested a letter to retrieve the Clazzio covers undamaged or pay us for covers he installed. Yes we initially offered to send them our shipping label UPS .
If the covers are undamaged = not installed
we will gladly send them shipping label for return.
