I have been friends with this guy Tom for many years and thought he was a good guy I bought a car and was told it needed work done on it right away, $later the car was done and I was satusfiedA year later I decided to get new tires and rims and brake callipers and new exhaust, the process took over three weeks and I still had no tiresFinally got car back and was told that the rim place screwed up the orderA couple days later I noticed that my car was making a craking poping noise After many calls and texts I finally got him to look at it and my right front rim was cracked in halfHis excuse was cheap rimsI feel like his staff is responsible for this huge crack as its very rare and probably caused by hitting with a hammer to loosen a stuck rim Two days later my rims came in and was a huge scratch on the right rear and said it would be replaced, which was never replacedA week later after many texts and calls I was convinced the AUDI I had was a lemon and needed to trade in for something newA purchased a Mercedes Benz from the dealer and had many defects that were promised to be fixed in a timely fasion and were never taken care of A week later I washed the car and half the paint came off the rear rim and found out that he had them painted After this huge headache Tom took the car back because I was very unhappy about it being a lemon, I bought a KIA from him that was much cheaper and was in good shapeWell after dealing with with him over two weeks he was finally ready to make a deal but he had no money to make the deal happen because of personal issues so I offered to make up the difference till he was on his feet because I truested him as a friendHE STILL OWES ME $3, and he has given me the run around for over weeks and many excuses later I was told that he would cancel the whole thing and would give me my origanl car because I was a pain in his ***DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS GUY HE IS A CROOK AND A SCAMMERThe secound you buy from this guy he could care less that he has your money
I purchased a vehicle on January 23, from Unlimited Auto LLC from Tomast *** (Owner)I also purchased a extra key, which he had to order with a VW dealership due to security of the key (The title was needed, to order the key)After leaving the Unlimited Auto LLC the check engine light came on, I pulled over took a photo of the light and sent Tomast L a text which contained the photoHe responded within minutes stating find the nearest Autozone and have the car scan for the check engine light code then send me a text with the codeThe code was for vehicle temp NOT at operating rangeI texted Tomast just as requested with code and code statementAgain responded with recommendation to drive the car for miles and see if the light turns offHe stated that the error code was more than likely from a stuck thermostat and if the issue does not go away then he would repair it with NO cost to meplus miles past by and I notified Tomast that the condition still existHe responded that he would fix it and setup an appointmentFast forward a week I attempt to make an appointment, via text message and phone calls (Leaving a message) with no response this timeweeks go by and daily I am calling, sending text asking about setup an appointment and the extra purchased keyIts now been months with no response, the local car repair shop states fixing the stuck thermostat is a $job and to order another key is approx$I would not recommend doing business with Unlimited Auto LLC
