I called this company to inquire about an estimate on my auto repair. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car, and wanted the cost of parts and labor. The gentlemen who answered the phone were incredibly rude and had no knowledge of parts or labor, even when I asked specifically to speak the the mechanic. The first gentleman said, "I can't", and just transferred me to another man. After being on hold without any explanation, I still did not receive help. He said that "the guy" said it would be $250.00 for my repairs. When I asked what did that cost include, he stated "Oh, that's just labor. We don't know what you need". The man proceeded to yell at me and stated that he is "just a driver", although, when I called, I asked for a mechanic. This company is managed by, and employs incredibly unprofessional and incompetent ies. Unlimited Auto and Repair Towing is not accredited by the Revdex.com, and I am positive it is because they have little intelligence, no sense of respect for individuals, or upstanding business practices.
