To whom it may concern,On the following day after [redacted] purchase the [redacted] on July 29, 2015, he notified us that his tire pressure light had shown up on the vehicle due to a tire sensorWe told [redacted] , we had agreed to pay half of the repair once we saw the repaired invoiceThis invoice was to be faxed to Unlimited Auto Sales so we can make proper arrangement to Send a check for half the repair to him, but the invoice was never faxedSince then, we have not heard from him until little over two weeks later with the complaint that his airbag light had shown upAs per [redacted] Conversation with Tony, he had responded that he should bring the vehicle back to us so that we could get one of our mechanics to check the vehicle outOur mechanics would have diagnosed the problem and charged a cheaper price to repair the vehicle due to the business connection than going to an independent shop/dealershipThere was no agreement that we would pay half for the cost of getting repairs done. Also, at the time of purchase, [redacted] had agreed to get the [redacted] extended warranty because the vehicle was sold AS ISThus in our defense, we are not obligated to pay for any repairs or problems please see copy attached of Warranty Form signed by the customerUnlimited Auto Sales did not agree to pay half for the repair on the airbag light problem, but did agree to pay half for the tire pressure light problemWe did offer [redacted] service to bring his car back in and have repair done with one of the mechanics that we do business with for a cheaper price than a shop would have charged. To be fair, we are willing to pay $from our pocket since this would have been the price of parts & labor if he would have brought it to one of our mechanics

I am rejecting this response because:You are referencing the WRONG CAR! That shows us that you have no interest in making any type of settlement! Unlimited Auto Sales, how do you continue to defraud unsuspecting buyers and be okay with that! Just as we've stated, Unlimited Auto Sale you've never had our interest only your interest in making money at our cost~ANY MEANS NECESSARY No concessions were made on our behalf during purchase and/or problems BROUGHT to your attention days after purchase We purchased cars from you both have problemsWe will continue to make our displeasure with the vehicles and customer service known! Lemons, Lemons, Lemons is what you sold us; your mechanic fixed temporarily only to pass MD inspection You should pay for repairs made to vehicle or refund in full the purchase price and take vehicle back! Neither will hurt youThat's what Good companies do; make concessions for their customers! We have RIGHTS as consumers making purchases and we WILL continue to make your voices known! You cannot continue these nonchalant practices and stay in business Regards,

Dear Revdex.com, USA has been upfront and responsive to this alleged complaint in providing accurate details to verify that the choices and circumstances were out of our control (late departure in the morning from school because of late students, school chaperone deciding to bypass stop at Newport Beach, a non-costing venue option Mr*** has taken his own action with his credit card company.) Because of these three things, USA believes there is nothing more to do

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding this concern onto us for response Mr*** *** also contacted us and requested a partial refund He then went to his credit card company and did a charge back for $which we have not disputed We have not heard from him
since. Mr*** was correct in that the motor coach arrived late into Anaheim, causing them to miss a stop at Newport Beach There was no charge for the stop at Newport Beach, so we felt the request for $refund was excessive. However, Mr***’s arguments as to why the delay occurred are incorrect. The delay was caused because of a late departure from the school Motor coach arrived on time at 6:15am confirmed by the school district transportation office It was scheduled to depart by 6:30am for LA but did not depart until 8:00am This was a group related issue and not a bus driver issue The original route was to drive through the bay area on the way south to L.A., but because of the late start the original route was plagued with stop and go traffic and the bus driver using Google Maps along with help from the dispatch office, determined that a safer and less congested route would be to avoid the bay area and travel down HWY through Sacramento This was predicated to take additional minutes but avoided all of the traffic congestion and possible other problems When motor coach arrived in LA, the head chaperone from the school decided to forego the stop at Newport Beach and head directly to hotel to get ready for Disneyland This was not a decision made by the bus driver or USA student Travel. The rest of the trip was problem free and the students had a safe and enjoyable senior class trip. Cordially, *** ***USA Student Travel

As stated by the customer (**& *** ***), the vehicle was ready on February 29, At the time of deposit, we don’t guarantee when vehicles would be ready due to the unpredictable event when a vehicle is getting inspectedFor instance, we will do what is possible on the dealership
hand to make the process fast but we also understand that there are other people that we have to wait patiently forSuch as the inspector's time, parts wait/delivery time, mechanic's time and employee's time.On this day, February 29, 2016, the customer did come to the dealership to pick up the vehicle but didn't want to wait for the vehicle to be clean/detailAlso, we have multiple jacks within the premises so that would have been taken care of within minutesAs stated, due to the condition of the vehicle and the time frame that the customer had, we were told that they would be coming back the next day for the vehicleWe agreed and got the car cleaned/detailed so it would be ready for the customer the following day.On March 1, 2016, the vehicle was picked up by the customerDays later, customer stated they have experience some difficulties with the carWe told the customer to bring the vehicle to the dealership so that we can see/check out the vehicleThe customer came and one of our salesperson, Tory, went on a test drive with the customerVehicle was driven for minutes and driving fineThus, there was nothing that we could have done without a problem occurringWe then told the customer if they no longer like the vehicle, they are welcome to trade in the car for another vehicle with a trade value of the amount they had paid for ($2900), Customer came and attempts to make a decision on another vehicle but with a disagreement of prices, they stated that they will keep the vehicle instead.Attach is the copy of bill of sale stating the customer paid only $for the vehicleAlso attach is a copy of the MVA form CS-stating “Vehicle Sold As Is"Both documents were signed by both customersUnfortunately, we will not agree with the desired outcome/settlementAs stated above, despite the vehicle being “Sold as is" we have attempted to please the customer with their concernsThe customer made a decision to keep the vehicle instead of taking our offer.Unlimited Auto Sales

I am rejecting this response because: Since I have not receive any compensation, I do not consider this matter resolvedHowever, it appears we have gone as far as we can regarding this issueUnless USA is willing to do something more, it appears all I can do is wait and urge New Tech High School to use a different company in the future

Bought a Toyota from here almost a year agoAfter I got you could tell it was poorly taken care of in the cheapest way possibleIt had random parts on it like an oil filter from a Chevy cobaltI let that go and just replaced a few of the partsThere were also recalls open on it when I took it to the dealershipThen recently I found a crack in the bumper and then found out it had been wrecked prior to buying it and not properly fixed so it recrackedThey basically put a band aid over the problem to make it look better for buying purposesNow I’m going to have to pay $for a new grill, front bumper, and fender linersMake sure if you buy a car here you look it over well to make sure it hasn’t been wrecked!!

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
While the owner of Unlimited Auto Sales spoke with my father [redacted]. in August they actually stated they would not help fix the car. Also my father never made statements to anyone at the dealership about my not paying attention that is not true.  On Sept 1st My mother explained to Amel that they we were going to have car towed to another mechanic because [redacted] at [redacted] could not fully determine the reason it was damaged. [redacted] however stated that the car was driven for a month so this was not due to driver negligence. In fact when my mother attempted to speak with Amel again on Sept 21st  in her message to their staff person was that the new mechanic also stated the damage was not done caused by user error and that is was due to pre-existing condition that someone possibly dealership may have attempted to hide.
Unlimited Auto Sales never returned my mother [redacted]'s call on September 21, 2015. A verbal message was left with the dealerships employee telling them the cause of the damage and that it was due to a faulty water jacket housing which was a pre-existing condition prior to purchase. My mother asked for the owner Amel to return the call which he never did nor anyone else at the dealership.  As stated earlier the car was driven locally for a month and the mechanic stated it was pre-existing. We had to purchase a new car so that I could get to school and work. We are asking that a 65%  of the $4000 we spent to purchase the car be returned to us.
Regards,
[redacted]

On March 7" 2016 [redacted] purchased the following vehicle a 2007 [redacted]Vinst [redacted]. On March 8" she called us and told us that the check engine light came on, we told her to please bring the vehicle to us so that we can have our mechanic look at it and see what the problem was so...

that we can fix the problem. An hour later she called again and said that her car was overheating and some belt popped off. Again we said to her to please bring the vehicle to us so we can take a look at it. After that conversation a man called claiming to be her fiancé and he started yelling and was being very disrespectful at that point we had said to him that hewas not the person that purchased the vehicle and that [redacted] needs to be the one to call us and let us know when she can bring the vehicle to us. The vehicle was purchased "AS IS" (see copy attached) but we were still willing to fix the problem. We went to the inspection station the next morning to double check with our inspector to make sure that he didn't miss anything and when we arrived there the State inspector had the State Troopers there inquiring about this vehicle. We were told that the vehicle passed inspection 100%We are unable to refund the customer for work that she has done to the vehicle. As previously stated we were willing to fix the vehicle but we never saw the vehicle and we were not given the opportunity to have our mechanic ‘nspect the problems so that we could fix it.Thank youUnlimited Auto Sales15004 Marlboro Pike Upper Marlboro MD 20772###-###-####
