I give this agency a terrible rating when it comes to communication. I find myself often having to find out who is coming. I got no phone call from the agency today on who was coming. I sit here with no aide because no one showed up or called terrible. there was an unfortunate incident where my mom fell with an aide about 2 weeks ago. I told them I and my mom was disatisfied with this aide also we did not feel safe having her here because she can barely walk herself. In a situation like this they should have replaced her with another aide. I have no idea how someone like that could pass a phiysical. where is the sreening
