Purchased a defective vehicle
I purchased a BMW from this auction on 8/11/for This was not a salvage vehicleThey stated the vehicle was a seized vehicle The "battery" needed to be jumped, in order for the car to be startedWe drove half a mile to charge the batteryfor a new batteryCar completely turned offI had to spend another to get the car towed to a mechanicHe stated the engine was "rigged" to turn on
I called Eastway wreckers to try and either return the vehicle, for another or even creditI understand that vehicles are sold as isBut for it to break down the same day is just poor businessThey purposely put a defective vehicle up for bidding

I bought gold chains from a auctionThe gold necklaces was presented as 14k gold I had them tested & all are fake gold
On May 13, I attended a auction at Eastway wrecker service in which I bought four 14k gold chainsThey presented the gold chains as 14k gold & I won the bid totaling up to $On Monday May 15, I took the jewelry to Brownlee Jewelry to get them appraised & the gold chains are fakeI contacted Eastway and spoke to Dawn about the jewelry being fakeI was told they could not do anything because there was not any refunds or gauratees

Horrible customer service my package never came they took my money of course. Tried contacting customer service no phone number just sending messages online. Gave me the run around the whole time.

I am very unhappy with their services, I tried to purchase on order from them and I kept getting a pop up box that said: Unable to charge card at this time, please try again later so my husband and I tried it again thinking it was a fluke but the same message came up. Then my husband tried his bank card and again with the message, so we again reviewed the information and tried once more the pop up box came again so we said forget it, and the next day there were 4 charges from them for that product on our bank account, and I have tried to email them a couple of time and no one has contacted us back regarding the situation and there is no phone number, and they have not even sent out a confirmation email saying anything about our product! I would recommend not buying from this site!

I ordered two Otterbox Defender cases for the Motorola XT912. I paid for two, and the packing slip I received shows Qty (2) Otterbox Defender for Motorola XT912 Black - Bulk Packaging. However when I opened the package, there was only one otterbox. And if that's not bad enough, the one that I did receive is the wrong model, it doesn't even fit the XT912 !! Now they want me to ship back the wrong unit at my expense for a refund of the purchase price. Why should I have to pay the shipping to get a refund when they sent the wrong item?! Neither I nor anyone in my company will be ordering from this place again.

Review: I placed order [redacted] on May **, 2015 for $29.98 for TWO BRAND NEW Otterbox Defender Cases (Galaxy S3 in Glacier/White and Galaxy S4 in Black). After contacting this Seller multiple times to get an accurate order status update, this Seller claimed to have sent my order on June [redacted]. Then it sent another email claiming it was shipped on the [redacted], and finally [redacted] confirmation came in that they had received the package after 5:00 PM on June [redacted]!! Anyhow, at least the package was coming, I thought, but there was always something fishy about this Seller because it took SO LONG to ship and never provided the information I requested regarding tracking number.

This transaction has been a NIGHTMARE! I received this package today and, surprise, it ONLY CONTAINS ONE OF THE CASES! It only has the Galaxy S3 Glacier and White case! The Galaxy S4 Case is MISSING! And in top of that, the Galaxy S3 case sent is NOT BRAND NEW! It had been opened, used, and it has FINGERPRINTS all over the Plastic Screen on the front! This is RIDICULOUS! I paid and ordered a BRAND NEW ITEM! Not an item that has been opened and messed with and which is DIRTY with GREASY FINGERPRINTS! This is NOT a NEW item! I have the pictures for PROOF. The only other thing that was in that plastic envelope was some generic black cell phone sleeve which said compliments of unlimited cellular! This is UNBELIEVABLE and this seller did not even had the DECENCY of telling me that only ONE case was coming! And, BTW, not a BRAND NEW case either!! I need help from to deal with this incredibly abusive Seller!Desired Settlement: I want a considerable Refund for the case I received because it is NOT a NEW case as I ordered! If not, then the Seller can send me a new one and send a shipping company to pick the used one he sent me. Additionally, I want the other case ordered in this transaction, the Otterbox Defender Galaxy S4 case which was NOT included in my order! And I want it sent via the fastest shipping way possible since I have already waited long enough and this Seller's customer service skills and quality assurance procedures are obviously terrible!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Obviously this business does not have any integrity as it lies without shame. I have included a PDF file with the pictures I took of the case they did send me while I was unpacking it. I decided to take pictures as soon as I realized the condition of the packaging and the case within for evidence. This is a business that lies to the customer telling him that the order has been completed and fully shipped and NEVER informs me that they did not ship one of the items. It took them almost a month to refund the purchase price for the missing case, and now they have the audacity to claim that the case they did send was in NEW condition! Amazing. Since words are cheap and they do not have any proof, and will NOT be able to produce any because they are lying, I have included photo PROOF of the condition of the case. I am being MORE than generous in asking for a 50% refund ($7.50) due to the fact that this business fraudulently sold me an item as NEW when it was USED. That is ILLEGAL. Additionally, they even dare to ask me to spend my money to repackage this used item and pay to get it sent to them. Oh, the nerve! If the seller is so inclined, and since they fraudulently misrepresented the item and the transaction, they can send a carrier like [redacted] AT THEIR EXPENSE, to come package the item and ship it back to them. I am under no obligation whatsoever to spend my money when I was the victim of fraud. Furthermore, I purchased this item to use it, so I had to waste my time to clean the gross fingerprints that this item had in order to use it, so I am not returning the item now. This is not my fault. Thankfully, I have the proof which I include of this business's lies. I want a refund of at least $7.50 for being sold an USED and DIRTY item instead of a NEW one as this deceitful seller claimed. Thank you.
