Rip off on service fee
Had purchased a Polaris 1000 ranger. My disappointment was when we had it serviced for the first time. (only ran 25 hours) It was for a full-service check, plus we had to have the rubber strip under rear window redone because it was coming of track (that was covered under warranty, no fee). The real clinker was the fee for the service done. 1st they didn't tell us up front what the charge was going to be, which they should have. My husband waited there for the service to be completed since we live an hour away. It took an hour to complete. Was in total shock when we had to pay bill. Parts was $80.00, the shocker was in the labor. Was charged for 2 hours of work, that only took 1 hour to complete. MY husband even questioned the bill when he went to pay and commented on how high it was. When my husband got home and I saw the bill I was outraged at the price. It was over $300, mostly in labor fee. I had called to complain about it. Said there was nothing they could do, so I asked for the head person, Joe. Of course, he wasn't available, but he did call me. Had a lengthy discussion on the bill. Informed him how they are ripping of their customers by charging for 2 hours that only took 1 hour to complete. I am a retired person and wasn't expecting such a high bill. Joe had asked how he could rectify the problem. He asked me what I wanted. I preceded to say that some sort of refund should be done for being charged for 2 hours of labor that only took 1 to complete. Somehow, we got disconnected and he never called me back. I have tried several times to contact Joe, but he hasn't taken the time to call me. I'm sure he's ignoring me, that is poor customer service. Guess dealing with a woman doesn't mean anything to them. It's disrespectful in my eyes and degrading. All I have to say is don't take your purchase back to be serviced by them; they will rip you off big time. Seems all they care about is your purchase and not customer satisfaction.

Review: I called to get prices on parts and to schedule to have them do the work.and they hunge the phone up on me./RepairDesired Settlement: treat me and others better.

Review: I own a Can Am Maverick 1000 bought and had above listed business install a clutch kit. Had installed at above business so it was installed correctly and was backed up. July 17 was install date. The clutch blew apart breaking several parts on my machine and the above listed are not wling to back their work because it was 5 months ago. However the part was not properly installed according to direction there is to be a new shaft and blue lock tight applied. With taking apart our broken machine it was the old parts and no blue lock tight was in place. Clearly in the instructions and installation manual this is direction for installation that was not completed. I was asking the center to fix their mistake and they stated they can only give us cost for parts. So they completed a wrong installation broke my machine thankfully not hitting my daughter when it broke and can't back their service department which I have had numerous issues with.Desired Settlement: Complete repair of my machine and parts replaced. I wish this center not to complete the work.

My husband and I will NOT buy another piece of equipment from this dealership again. The only plus to this dealer is that they have a large variety. We had nothing but issues since the first time we walked through the door. After waiting for the sales person to finish with the customers before us, we also had to wait until after the sales person had dealt with people who arrived after we did. We have had nothing but problems with our used cycles that we bought in March 2015. It was a 3.5 hour drive one way for us. We were not able to register his cycle here in NY because the sales people hadn't signed one line of the sales contract. So we had to crowd 2 cycles into the trailer and haul them with our SUV that wasn't weighted for the load in order to get both cycles home because my husband couldn't ride his home like he had planned. His 2005 Honda was missing a bolt securing the wire to the battery so the cycle wasn't grounded and had starting issues at times. We have had nothing but problems with my '97 Maruader as well. First, the seat on the bike is for a Honda VTX and the correct metal pieces for the original seat were bent to force the seat to fit. The cycle wouldn't start and we were told it was probably the battery from sitting all winter. We replaced the battery but still had starting issues. We took it to a Suzuki repair shop and they discovered that the wiring had caught on fire at one point and the wiring was never fixed correctly so the cycle could have caught on fire again while being operated. This wiring problem caused the stater to go bad so that had to be replaced as well as the wiring. It cost us almost $500 to fix a cycle that I had barely had a chance to ride much. Definitely dissatisfied with this dealer.
