The indeed.com has been changed, but has always said, "programs run BETWEEN 2-6pm. We say this so our independent contractors will know if this opportunity is a good fit for them. We definitely do not want to get people in the door." We hold a high standard for incoming teachers, We would not want just anyone teaching our Unlimited Dance Students. We want to make sure our teachers can thrive and create a wonderful environment for the children in dance class. In our contract, it states, “within 30 days of the expiration or earlier termination of this agreement, the Contractor shall return to the Company retaining no copies or notes, all Company products samples, models, property, and documents relating to the Company's business..." AI.I. supplies have NOT been returned by the Contractor, which is well over the payment the Contractor states in the complaint. The Contractor quit via text message 6 hours before a new school on her schedule was supposed to begin their after school dance program. This put the company in a situation where children would have been left unattended. The Company had to make a quick adjustment to make sure these children had an adult with them and were safe. The paper that must be signed is a termination of agreement. As a new small business, we would like to make sure ail corners are covered before allowing an independent contractor, who created a hostile and stressful work environment, to walk out and break a legal binding contract. The CEO did tell said Contractor to not contact her because said Contractor could not keep personal life out of business, was very unprofessional and did not contact the CEO during business hours. The Contractor was told on l l f2l/16 it would be 7-30 days before the document was completed. On this day 12/2/16, it has been 22 days and this complaint was written on 12/6/16. We would like to receive our supplies back. The payment will be in the mail. Thank you for your feedback.
