The person who contracted to fill low spots in my back yard with enough top quality top soil to fill the many low spots; he further more said he would tamp the soil down and then would put more soil down to level out the area He would seed the many areas and then would seed the rest of the lawn so that it looked like a "golf course"...all this for $ He came put down very little soil...it appeared that he put down no grass seed and certainly did not seed the entire lawn He said he would be back on a Tuesday of the following week...I have never seen him since He also charged $for this non job which I foolishly paid I have called him; he never returns any phone calls I wrote him a letter and no response I have since found out that everything he told me was a total lie
We had Mike *** come and do landscaping clean up and the intent was to do landscaping as well
He did come and remove bushes, and cleaned up the weeds, trimmed bushes as we discussed Included in the fee
that we paid was lawn edging He has not been back to the house and keeps promising me that he will come back and finishNow he is not answering calls or emails
I have seen several other complaints on him on his companies facebook pageHe seems to never finish the jobs that were PAID for
I have several text messages that he has sent me saying he will be there "this week"...he has not showed up and this has been since May
