Tyler helped me out shipping my car from Florida to California.
I chose this company for I could tell he tried his best to give the best service possible.
Even I had a misunderstanding with the driver, he resolved the matter in between.
I highly recommend this company.

Elizabeth was easy to work with, confirmed the details of my shipment, and found drivers in a short period of time to transport my car from GA to CO. She also did a fantastic job working hard to find a replacement driver in a short period of time and at a reasonable rate after the first transport company cancelled due to a driver accident before pickup. During that time she was very responsive and clearly communicated the challenges of finding a now last minute driver. We worked through it and my car is now in CO. Thanks again!

I worked with Tom L, he found me a driver the same day, vehicle was picked up the next day. I am super satisfied with how fast things moved. Definitely will call if I need another moved.

The transportation was made promptly and made it a day before scheduled, even though it wasn't much of a difference to me since I wasn't there to receive it until a day later which I had notified them about, but nonetheless it was nice. I was a bit annoyed at the lack of communication though. I was told that the car would be picked up on a Friday morning, and I waited all day, but no one came or called me to give me any updates. I was then told in an email that it would arrive the next morning, which I only received because I reached out first asking for an update. Surprise, the dirver didn't arrive the next morning, he ended up picking it up around 9:30 maybe 10:00 p.m., which we had to drive our car to him because the truck didn't fit in our street. As the car was being transported, I never received any update of where it was at any point, but I just had to trust that it would arrive. Thankfully they gave me a call when it was ready to be delivered.
So all in all, it was a good experience, but I would suggest they have better communication with their customers.

Tom, was excellent throughout the shipping process. He even accomodated my shipping date being moved two separate times. The car arrived in perfect condition, and a day earlier than expected. I would highly reccomend shipping your vehicle with Tom.

Peter the broker was very patient with all my questions and the driver Brian W was also great in getting my son, who just finished 9 month deployment, his car delivered a day early and in perfect condition!

Driver Gary gets 5 stars Very professional and courteous I was extremely impressed. Tom however is another story after contract was signed and deposit paid tried to increase fee 25.00 I stood my ground and refused told him absolutely not Tom you should be ashamed of yourself

The company tried to make me pay more for their services after a signed contract was completed. They stated a refund for my deposit would be issued but they are no longer making contact with me and have not issued the refund.

I had to ship a vehicle from NC to GA after separtion from my wife. So I put my info in an online registry and no sooner than I could sit back in my chair, several companies began calling, emailing, and texting me. Being military, moving around the country nothing new. I began working with a gentleman by the name of Alan at UDT. He gave me a more than fair price, and treated me very professionally. Even though COVID-19 issues were arising (which caused a few snags), the team at UD transporation came through and got my old project car back to me in perfect timing.
I stated that with having car projects where sometimes the best deal is out of state, I will need a transport team. UD Transporations will get my first call everytime.
